Field Notes is open

I build in the open. The apps, the books, the theory behind them, all of it moves every week, and until now the only people who saw the movement were the ones in the room.

This page fixes that. Field Notes carries two kinds of entries. Written notes, like this one, work through an idea on the page. Videos say the same kinds of things out loud, because some people learn by reading and some people learn by watching a person think.

The subjects will stay close to the work: personal governance, agency as a clinical matter, what I learn building The Founded, and the questions patients and students keep bringing me that deserve a longer answer than a visit allows.
